These videos were taken during recent Toyohari acupuncture training in Tokyo. You can hear me verbalising each step of the needling process. This is an important part of our training and practice as it enables our teachers to help us refine our technique. I’m needling points Liver 8 and Spleen 9 with hoho (tonifying) technique, under the guidance of Murakami Sensei. There are 3-400 people training in the one large room, hence the background noise.
